Somos muchísimos habitantes con muchísimas necesidades, ningún gobierno puede resolverlo todo. Falta hacer consciencia en los mismos ciudadanos de que con educación y organización podemos resolver nuestros problemas sociales.
Ya hemos visto como la relación dirigente-dirigido, no nos lleva a ningún lado. Hoy en día lo que hace falta es ir de acuerdo a la corriente que marca nuestro tiempo: la evolución colaborativa.
El empoderamiento ciudadano consiste en que cada uno despliegue sus competencias para el desarrollo de la sociedad e involucrarse en la vida del entorno. Lo que necesitamos es organizarnos como pueblo, no estar esperando a que vaya el gobierno a resolverlo, sobre todo cuando con nuestro trabajo podemos cambiar en poco tiempo.
Ignorancia e Indolencia son los impedimentos para progresar.
Pero la participación ciudadana no puede hacerse a tontas y locas, para tener voz y voto, para que las decisiones, los planes y las acciones puedan tener un objetivo claro, hace falta educación.
La fórmula para alcanzar el empoderamiento ciudadano es educación y cultura, para saber encontrar mejores oportunidades. Cada uno puede hacer gestión, educar y trabajar para que la vida sea diferente para todos.
Hay bondad en la gente; me preocupa la indolencia. Hace falta cultura y el conocimiento de cómo organizarse.
La solidaridad social puede cambiar mucho el panorama que tenemos ahora: los ingenieros agrónomos pueden enseñar cómo cultivar un huerto de traspatio; los veterinarios pueden ilustrar cómo criar pequeñas especies en granjas; los médicos pueden apoyar a prevenir embarazos en adolescentes; hará bien a muchos aprender cómo manejar bien una pequeña empresa familiar.
Es importante saber que todo puede ir por etapas: el proyecto inicial es que se trabaje al lado de los que necesitan alfabetizarse, de quienes requieren obtener el certificado de secundaria y quien pretenda estudiar una carrera, ahí está la universidad para aceptarlos.
El secreto está en la educación permanente, a fin de cuentas –concluyo en mis reflexiones- todo es aprender, aprender y aprender más, sin perder de vista esos derroteros que están marcando quienes ya nos avanzan en el camino.
Las elecciones terminaron. La vida, no. Para quien tiene sensibilidad a los problemas sociales la labor sigue ahí, sin que nadie se acerque a cambiar nada, mientras nos cruzamos de brazos y pretendemos que todo lo resuelvan otros.
En nuestras manos está, sólo hace falta la voluntad de continuar transformándose todos los días, y participar con la visión y el rumbo correcto, así seremos dignos ciudadanos de nuestro tiempo.

Organizing and educating in order to improve.
Since we are so many people having so many needs, no government could deal with it on its own. It is necessary to make citizens themselves be conscious on the fact that education and organization are essential factors to solve our social problems.
We have already noticed how the leader-follower relationship does not lead us anywhere. Today, what we required is to follow the tendency marking our time: the collaborative evolution.
Citizen empowerment consists of applying his own skills aiming to contribute to the Society’s development as well as getting involved in his own surroundings life. We need to organize ourselves as a people and not only to be expecting that the government solves the whole situation, especially when our own work could make a remarkable fast change.
Indifference and ignorance are the impediments to progress.
Citizen’s participation just cannot be carried out willy-nilly; for in order to have voice and vote, plans, actions as well as a clear objective, we need education.
The formula to reach the citizen empowerment is education and culture so as to learn how to find better opportunities. Anyone can do management, educate and work aiming to make life different for everyone.
There is goodwill in people; I worry about indifference. Culture and knowledge are necessary to know how to get to organize.
Social solidarity could change much the picture we have now: agronomists could teach how to backyard garden; veterinarians could train on how to raise small animals on farms; doctors could teach how to prevent teenage pregnancy; it would be useful for many people to learn how to run a small family business.
It is important to know that everything can be divided into stages: the initial project is to work alongside those needing literacy, those requiring a high school certificate or those intending to study a career. They should know an educational institution will be there to enroll each of them.
All in all, the secret lies in lifelong learning. I conclude by stating that it is all about learning, on and on, restlessly, without losing sight of those paths that have already been walked by those who are beyond the road.
Elections are over, life has not. Those who are aware of social problems know there is still work to be done and no one shows up to change anything. In the meantime, we are sitting with folded arms wanting our problems to be solved by others.
It is in our hands and it only takes the will to start transforming ourselves every single day by taking part with vision and leading the right course, at the end, we will become the worthiest citizens of our time.

Organisation und Bildung zu verbessern
Wir sind viele Bevölkerung mit zu vielen bedürfnisse, keine Regierung kann alles lösen. wir mussen Bewusstsein zu machen in der gleichen Bürger, dass mit bildung und organisation können wir unsere sozialen Probleme zu lösen.
Wir haben bereits gesehen, wie der Führer-geführten Beziehung, bringt uns nicht weiter. Heutzutage es fehlt gehen nach den Richtung dass unsere Zeit zeichne aus: Die kollaborative Entwicklung.
Bürgerbeteiligung besteht in jeder ihre Fähigkeiten zeigen, um die Entwicklung der Gesellschaft und im Leben der Umwelt einbezogen werden. Wir müssen uns als ein Volk zu organisieren, nicht darauf zu warten, dass die Regierung zu lösen, vor allem, wenn unsere Arbeit kann sich schnell ändern.
Trägheit und Unwissenheit sind die Hindernisse für den Fortschritt.
Aber die Beteiligung der Bürger kann nicht gemacht zu durchwandern, um ein Mitspracherecht haben, dass die Entscheidungen, Pläne und Aktionen können ein klares Ziel haben werden, wir brauchen Bildung.
Die Formel für die Bürgerbeteiligung ist Bildung und Kultur, um wissen bessere Möglichkeiten zu finden. Jeder kann Management zu tun, zu erziehen und zu arbeiten so, dass Leben ist für jeden anders.
